CANCELLATIONS
We have a standard cancellation policy, please notify us via phone/email 24 hours in advance from your departure time to reschedule or cancel for a full refund.
REFUNDS
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance from your departure time. Your notification will allow us to make a request and start the refunding process. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive a credit to your bank account.
Cancellations less than 24 hours will be only refunded half of the amount.
